Verse 1 says, “Give thanks to the LORD, for he is good; his steadfast love endures forever.” When we pray for our nation, we are trying to show gratitude for all the good that has happened in our country. We are also asking God to help us maintain our positive attitude and stay hopeful during difficult times.
It’s easy to get wrapped up in the negative aspects of our world. But by praying for our nation, we can remind ourselves that there are still good people in the world who are trying to make a difference. We can also thank God for all the good that has happened in our country over the years.

We should also acknowledge his presence and guidance every time we face a difficult situation, as this will help us to walk in his perfect path.
