Prayer For Marriage Anniversary
Dear God,
Thank you for the gift of marriage. Thank you for my wife, who is my lover, my friend and my constant companion. I loved her on the day I married her, and to this day, I still ask myself what was it that made me worthy of such a beautiful wife. Today we celebrate our wedding anniversary, and I know that our relationship has not always been easy. But I also know that it has never been dull, and there isn’t another person in the world with whom I would rather share my life. Lord, please continue to bless our marriage with your love and guidance. May we always seek to grow closer to you so that we can be an example of your love for others to see…
Dear God,
Dear God,
I thank you for the gift of marriage. I know that it is not easy to maintain a marriage, but with your help and guidance, we can make it. We have been married for seven years now. I thank you for keeping us together through all these years and helping us to grow closer to each other. I pray that our love will continue to grow stronger each day until death do us part.
Thank you for the gift of marriage.
Marriage is a gift that needs to be cherished. There are many reasons why people get married, but at the end of the day, it’s up to us to make sure that our marriage is one that is celebrated and not just endured. Couples should always remember that their marriage was given as a gift from God and should always keep this in mind when dealing with any challenges or obstacles that may arise along the way.
It can be easy for couples who have been married for many years to feel like their relationship has become mundane or boring because they no longer feel like newlyweds anymore. However, if both husband and wife continue working on making sure their bond grows stronger each year—and if they continue putting effort into making each other happy—then there will never be a point at which their marriage becomes something boring!
Thank you for my wife, who is my lover, my friend and my constant companion.
Thank you for my wife, who is my lover, my friend and my constant companion.
She’s the greatest blessing in my life; a treasure that I cannot live without.
Her love makes me feel alive and whole for the first time in years. Her smile fills me with joy as she looks into my eyes and tells me she loves me. She gives me peace when there are troubles, strength when I am weak and courage to face any challenge we may encounter together as one family unit—her husband and her children—that will last forever through eternity beyond this world or any other realm we may inhabit on earthly planes of existence throughout our lives together on Earth before death takes us away from each other at last before reuniting us again someday in Heaven where everything is perfect because God created it all just right so nothing ever goes wrong anymore forevermore!
I loved her on the day I married her, and to this day, I still ask myself what was it that made me worthy of such a beautiful wife.
What made you worthy of such a beautiful wife?
You are worthy of a beautiful wife because you are faithful. You are worthy of a beautiful wife because you love her. And above all, you are worthy of a beautiful wife because you have worked hard to earn her and keep the love she has given.
Today we celebrate our wedding anniversary, and I know that our relationship has not always been easy.
Today we celebrate our wedding anniversary, and I know that our relationship has not always been easy.
Marriage is a gift from God and a lifelong commitment to love one another as Christ loves the church. It is a partnership, not a dictatorship.
But I also know that it has never been dull, and there isn’t another person in the world with whom I would rather share my life.
But I also know that it has never been dull, and there isn’t another person in the world with whom I would rather share my life.
You know that our relationship has been through difficult times. There have been days of misunderstanding and hurt feelings, but we have always found a way to make it through together.
I am so grateful for the good times too: the time we spent traveling together; watching our children grow up; celebrating birthdays and anniversaries together; enjoying holidays and family dinners—even those without children!
Lord, please continue to bless our marriage with your love and guidance.
Lord, please continue to bless our marriage with your love and guidance.
As you know, the greatest gift you have given us is love. It is this love that has drawn us together and enables us to continue growing in faith together. We pray that you will continue to sustain our marriage by providing the strength and wisdom needed for us to become even better spouses than we already are today.
We also pray that each of us will reflect your unconditional love by being patient with one another in times of difficulty, forgiving one another for mistakes made during heated arguments, and remembering why we fell in love in the first place: because God gave each of us something special that only the other person could fulfill!
May we always seek to grow closer to you so that we can be an example of your love for others to see.
As a couple, we choose to grow closer to our Lord. May we always seek to be an example of His love by living our lives with Him at the center.
With this prayer in mind, I pray that you will continue on this journey together as a husband and wife. May your marriage be blessed with happiness and good health, so that you can be an example of Christ’s love for others to see.
This is one prayer for marriage anniversaries that we should all consider praying daily!
Watch over us as we journey through life’s ups and downs together.
As you look back on your marriage, you will see that God has been with you every step of the way. He has guided and protected you. As your anniversary approaches, ask God to watch over your marriage as it continues to go through its ups and downs. Amen!
Help us to be patient with each other when we do not agree and gracious in loving each other when we least deserve it.
- Help us to be patient with each other when we do not agree and gracious in loving each other when we least deserve it.
- Help us to forgive each other as quickly as possible, whenever there is something for which forgiveness is necessary.
- Keep our hearts free of envy, malice and jealousy towards those who have more than we have; in fact help us to rejoice with those who rejoice and weep with those who weep.
I pray that you would keep our minds focused on each other and not on the cares of this world.
I pray that you would keep our minds focused on each other and not on the cares of this world. Help us to remember that we are a team, working together in love to build a life together. I ask your blessing upon our marriage as we move forward into another year together—may we continue being Christ’s witnesses in this world.
Marriage can be tough but God will help you be there for your spouse!
Marriage is tough, but God will help you be there for your spouse!
In the Bible, it says that we need to love each other like Jesus loves us. This means doing nice things for each other and being kind in the way that Jesus was kind to us. It’s hard to do these things sometimes because marriage can be stressful, but God will give you strength to do them. The best way I’ve found this verse helps me when I’m having trouble loving my wife is by thinking about how much Jesus loves me and then seeing how much He wants me to love my wife like He does (and vice versa).
I hope this prayer for your marriage is a blessing to all who read it. I pray that it brings you strength and comfort in times of stress, and I pray that God will help you keep your marriage strong so that others may see his love through your example.
