Prayer For A Financial Breakthrough
I was praying for a financial breakthrough. I had been going through a rough patch financially and really needed some help.
Financial pressure was my only company that morning, I looked at the ceiling and heard a whisper in my heart’s ear.
Financial pressure was my only company that morning, I looked at the ceiling and heard a whisper in my heart’s ear. I knew it was the Holy Spirit of God.
I immediately knew what to do.
It said, “pray for a financial breakthrough.”
Don’t worry, though. You don’t have to have a degree in finance or an MBA from Harvard to figure out how to get your finances in order. If you’re looking for a financial breakthrough, all you need is prayer–and the Holy Spirit.
In the Bible it said, “Prayer is the most powerful thing you can do.” Prayer is what brings about miracles! God wants us to ask Him for our financial needs just as we would ask Him for other things that we need in our lives. We shouldn’t be afraid of asking God for something because He wants us to trust Him and believe that He will meet our needs according to His riches and glory (Romans 8:32).
If you want some more information on how to pray for a financial breakthrough I’d recommend reading this article by Joyce Meyer where she gives some examples of what kind of prayers one might say when they are seeking answers related specifically with finances: [link](https://www.joycemeyerministries.org/articles/141205_10-steps-to-financial-freedom/)
Immediately I knew where it came from, the Holy Spirit of God.
The Holy Spirit is the third person of the Trinity, and He will help you with your finances. He knows what to pray for because He is the Spirit of God. When you hear something from God, this is how you should know:
- It doesn’t come from yourself or anyone else. That’s why it feels like a message from above, not just an idea that comes out of left field.
- The Holy Spirit speaks through Scripture (the Bible). So when something makes sense in light of what God has already said through His Word, that’s an indication that it came from Him too!
So I stretched my hands to God and asked for a financial breakthrough.
So I stretched my hands to God and asked for a financial breakthrough.
This is a prayer that your life will be changed and you’ll experience the financial freedom that comes with receiving God’s blessing.
Here is how I prayed for financial breakthrough.
A prayer for financial breakthrough can be a powerful way to shift your relationship with money. It’s also a great way to begin working on your relationship with money. Here is how I prayed for financial breakthrough:
- For the first 10 minutes, I focused on asking God for financial freedom. This means that my money would no longer be tied up in debt, and I would have enough to live comfortably without feeling like my finances were stretched thin.
- Next I asked God for financial stability. This means that my income would remain steady and consistent over time, so I could count on having just enough each month to cover all of my expenses without having to worry about where those funds are coming from or what might happen if they weren’t there anymore (like losing a job).
- Then came asking God for financial prosperity—the opposite of poverty! Praying this way meant believing beyond doubt that everything necessary would come into our lives exactly when we needed it most so that no emergency situation ever felt like too much pressure or stress because we knew there was always going
It worked!
And God is faithful. The Bible says that He “answers prayer.” (1 Thessalonians 5:17)
So, if you’re a believer, your prayers can be effective.
God wants you to be blessed financially. (Deuteronomy 28:12–15) And He wants you to see financial breakthroughs in your life because they will help you support the work of the ministry and help others who are less fortunate than yourself.
If you’re living righteously and faithfully serving Him with all your heart, then God will surely bless you financially as well as spiritually and emotionally—and not just today or tomorrow but for eternity!
After this prayer, I started my day with a new energy and vigor. I was determined to make it a productive day by spending most of my time on something that would bring some returns. The next morning, when I woke up and checked my bank account, I was surprised to see all the money there! There were so many deposits in the account that they all were visible at once. It felt like Christmas again!
