In the midst of our everyday lives, it can be easy to forget to ask for help when we need it. Whether it’s mental health issues or just feeling overwhelmed, sometimes it can be hard to reach out and ask for help. But that doesn’t mean you have to go it alone! In this Psalm, we are encouraged to pray for protection and strength in difficult times. By doing so, we can feel supported by God in our journey and know that He is with us through every step.
Psalm 91:1-17
Psalm 91 is a prayer for protection and strength. This Psalm is often used as a prayer of thanksgiving and it can be used to find peace in times of stress.
The first three verses of Psalm 91 are a prayer for protection. The Lord will keep you from all harm and He will help you to overcome all your enemies.

21 For you have rescued me from the mouth of the lioness, from the paw of the bear, and from the horns of the oxen.
22 You have delivered me from the snare of blood-thirsty animals.
23 You have opened my ears to hear words of wisdom; upon your lips has been poured a drink of salvation.
Psalm 91:28-37

Psalm 91:48-57
“You have placed your protection around me; You have strengthened my heart. I will continually praise you, for I am greatly in need of your help.
You have shortened the path that leads to death; You have made me alive in spite of everything. I will proclaim your greatness, O LORD.
All day long I will bless you; I will sing praise to your name.”
