God is said to have spoken to man through prayer (Genesis 1:1). Prayer is also an important part of personal relationships. People pray for each other when they are facing difficult challenges or when they want to ask for blessings on a special occasion.

When Pastor Jeff was diagnosed with cancer, the congregation of his church decided to pray for him. As Pastor Jeff’s health continued to deteriorate, the congregation continued to pray for him. Finally, on November 12, 2017- just three days before he died- Pastor Jeff’s spirit appeared to a member of the church who was praying for him and said “I’m glad you’re praying for me.”
