One church, Trinity Baptist Church in Midtown Manhattan, has been offering prayer meeting for those affected by Hurricane Sandy every night since the storm hit. Pastor Jonathon Green said that the church is “praying for the city, for our leaders and for anyone who needs prayer.”
Trinity Baptist Church is not the only church in New York City offering prayer support. Other churches, such as Cathedral of St. John The Divine and Riverside Church have also opened their doors to offer refuge to those who need it most.
