Prayer for Healing Leg Pain

I thank you for my legs that let me get around.

Dear Jesus,

You are the healer. You are compassionate and merciful. You hear our prayers and want what is best for us. You know we depend on you to heal our bodies, minds and souls. We come to you in faith because only you can heal our pain, restore health and give us hope for tomorrow.

He who is compassionate and merciful, Lord hear our prayers.

We come before you in prayer to ask for healing of the leg pain that we are experiencing at this time. We know that only You can give us true healing, and we thank You for Your mercy and grace in answering our prayer.

We beseech you to heal (name) of the excruciating pain in their right leg. They have been suffering for many years and you are our only hope for healing.

If you could take this burden from them and make them whole, we would be grateful. We know that it is not your will that any should perish but that all should come unto you and be saved by the power of your name.

Guide them through this time of pain and suffering so that they may have peace in knowing that you have not abandoned them. Thank you for giving me a good appetite and digestion so that I can eat well and nourish my body with good food; thank you also for making hunger such an inconvenience when I need to fast or go without food as part of religious worship or discipline.

Thank you Lord God Almighty Creator of Heavens and Earth: For keeping my mind healthy so that I can think clearly about things; thank you also for letting me make mistakes that teach me valuable lessons about life on earth as well as spiritual truths in heaven (if any).

My legs are not just my appendages, they are part of my body and they help me get around. I will be grateful for all the things they do for me and I pray that you will heal this painful condition so that I may walk again without pain.
