Prayer For Good Health And Healing
We pray that God will bless us with good health and healing. We ask this in the name of Jesus Christ, who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit now and forever. Amen!
God, our creator, we are your children.
God, our creator, we are your children. You have made us in your image and likeness. We are sinners by nature, but through the sacrifice of Jesus Christ on the cross we have been forgiven of all our sins and made righteous in your sight.
We pray that you would bless us with good health and healing as we need it in this life so that we may serve you well. Help us to remember that when it comes right down to it, our health is not about what doctors can do for us or how much money we have; rather it is about whether or not you will heal those who trust in you!
Help us also to remember that if there were no sicknesses in the world today then there wouldn’t be any hospitals either—and even though some people may think these places are places where they go just to get rid of their pain instead they actually exist so they can learn how to live without any pain at all!
We thank you for all your blessings, especially for giving us the gift of life and health.
We thank you for all your blessings, especially for giving us the gift of life and health. We ask your protection over our bodies as we go about our day to day lives, and we pray that you will heal any ailments or injuries if they should befall us.
We offer up our gratitude for the many blessings in our lives including loving families, supportive friends and colleagues who lift us up when we need it most. We know that without them our lives would not be as joyful or fulfilling as they are today.
Forgive us when we break your commandments or do not live up to our Christian ideals.
Forgive us when we break your commandments or do not live up to our Christian ideals.
God is forgiving, and he is the only one who can forgive us for the things that we have done wrong. He has a plan for each of us, and knows our weaknesses. He wants us to succeed in life, and even loves us despite what we have done wrong in the past. God wants everyone to be happy with their lives and has given a lot of people good health in order for them to be able to enjoy life more fully than if they were sick all the time or had physical disabilities that made it difficult for them to get around properly without assistance from other people (such as having someone help them walk).
Help us to correct our weaknesses, to control our emotions, and to conquer evil desires which may hurt our bodies or our minds.
- Help us to correct our weaknesses, to control our emotions, and to conquer evil desires which may hurt our bodies or our minds.
- We pray that we may be strengthened in the Lord and in the power of His might so that we will not be conformed to this world but instead transformed by the renewing of our minds (Romans 12:2).
- May all Christians learn how to recognize and avoid bad habits, such as overeating or smoking; using alcohol or drugs excessively; abusing money or possessions; sleeping too much or too little; being lazy physically or mentally; spending too much time watching television instead of reading good books or studying God’s Word.
Let us always remember that our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit.
Let us always remember that our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit. Our bodies are not meant to be abused or mistreated, nor are they meant to be used for sinful purposes, nor should they be destroyed by bad habits or wasted away with disease. God created them as a place for His holy spirit to dwell in, and we must respect that.
We can keep them healthy by eating the right foods, getting enough exercise, and by avoiding bad habits that could harm us.
It’s easy to get caught up in the day-to-day stresses of life, but it’s important to remember that we can make a difference in our health by doing some simple things. We can keep them healthy by eating the right foods, getting enough exercise, and by avoiding bad habits that could harm us.
We should eat a balanced diet that includes plenty of fruits and vegetables, whole grains (like brown rice or oatmeal), lean protein (like chicken or fish), low-fat dairy products and oils like olive oil. Think about what you’re eating every day and try to make sure you have a mixture of different foods every time you sit down at the table. If you know someone who needs help with their diet plans (maybe an elderly relative who could use more support), ask them if they’d like your help creating healthier meals together!
You should also make sure that you get plenty of exercise every day. This doesn’t mean going on long runs every morning—it just means taking short walks once or twice per week outside in nature if possible—but it should be something physical activity like swimming laps at the local gymnasium after work hours each evening until bedtime arrives for good measure so as not too much stress builds up over time because then people become unhappy which isn’t good either because depression leads down this path where one might even commit suicide like how happened recently here locally where I live now so please don’t do anything rash while reading this article please instead take care yourself well first before helping others out…
Give us the wisdom to care for ourselves so that we may serve you better.
We pray that you will give us the wisdom to care for ourselves so that we may serve you better.
We know that our bodies are works in progress, and we ask for your grace as we work toward wholeness. Help us to be aware of what is good for our bodies, so that even when difficult circumstances require sacrifices of health or comfort, those sacrifices can be made with a clear conscience and without regret.
We also know that it is impossible not to make mistakes; therefore, help us recognize our failings quickly so they can be corrected before they become habits—so that we might remain healthy and whole in body as well as spirit.
We ask this in the name of Jesus Christ. Our Lord who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit now and forever. Amen!
