Prayer For Family Healing Catholic

I come before you today knowing that you are a loving and caring God. I ask for your healing hand to fall upon my family. Remain constant in their lives and bring them close to your heart. I ask that you would heal any brokenness in their lives, and comfort them in their time of need. Heavenly Father,you said that if we lack wisdom, we should ask you and you will give it to us generously. And so I come before you asking for the wisdom to know what to do, when to do it and how to support my family through this difficult time.”

You created us in your image and likeness, to live in harmony with each other. We know this is not always easy but we can trust in you as we continue to pray for help and guidance during this difficult time.

We ask that you would help us see situations through eyes of love so we can find peace within ourselves and each other. Help us to be able to forgive those who have hurt us or others close to us because they do not know how else to deal with their pain or anger; give them the courage to face these challenges head on so that there may be healing for all involved.

I ask for your healing hand to fall upon my family.

I pray that you will lift up all those who are suffering, and bring them into your loving arms.

I pray that you will comfort them in their time of need, and help them see the light in this darkness.

May their wounds be healed by the power of Christ’s love for us all—the same love which brought his own Son to suffer on our behalf unselfishly and without end.

You can be a source of strength and hope by praying for them. As you pray, keep in mind that God is present with them and will comfort them as they go through their pain. Pray that God will give you the strength to remain constant in their lives and bring them close to your heart.

We ask for wisdom, Lord. We ask that you guide our decisions as a family, and help us to understand what’s best for everyone involved in this situation.

We ask for strength, Lord. We pray that you give us the strength to continue going forward when it seems so hard at times; the courage to face problems head on; patience to not anger easily or lash out in response; love – real love – so that we can be an example of how families should treat each other.

And so I come before you asking for the wisdom to know what to do, when to do it and how to support my family through this difficult time.

Let them guide you as you seek out resources and assistance for yourself, your spouse and any other family members who may be dealing with the aftermath of trauma.

Patience is key in these types of situations—it’s important not to rush into making decisions that will affect your future happiness or peace of mind. Be patient with those around you while they deal with their own emotions; offer them unconditional love and understanding at all times.

Be prayerful throughout this process: thank God for His strength during difficult times; ask Him for patience during stressful moments; pray specifically about each situation (i.e.: “Father, please give me wisdom today”). Pray often—but don’t forget about other aspects of life as well! Take time each day for self-care activities such as exercising or reading an uplifting book instead of focusing only on work problems all day long without ever stopping except briefly once in awhile just long enough so everyone else can catch up).

Jesus, as the Prince of Peace, help me to bring peace into this situation, knowing that you have promised never to leave us or forsake us.

Jesus, you are my shepherd and I am your lamb. You love me with a perfect love; your grace is sufficient for me. I desire to follow you and do only those things that please you because they too are pleasing to the Father who sent you into this world for our salvation. Please use me as an instrument of your mercy so that others may be comforted by my words and actions this day; grant that everyone who sees or hears of what we do will praise God in their hearts (cf. Matt 5:16).

Thank you, Lord! I pray that you will surround me with your peace and protection. I ask for the healing of my family. We need wisdom as we make tough decisions about our lives, especially when it comes to our children. Please help us choose wisely so that we may lead them in paths of righteousness and truth.
