Prayer For Fallen Away Catholic
I pray for a lost and fallen away Catholic. May they see the error of their ways and return to the path You have set before them. I pray that You will open their eyes, so they can see all the things that are right in front of them. I ask that You allow them to feel Your presence in their lives. May they understand Your love and grace, and seek forgiveness today. Clothe them in Your armor so they may be protected from all harm. Please show them the right path, the one that leads back to You and Your church
Dear Lord, I pray for a lost and fallen away Catholic.
Dear Lord, I pray for a lost and fallen away Catholic.
I pray that they can see the truth in your Word, the power of your Holy Spirit and the love of our Blessed Mother. I pray that they accept this gift from you and return to their faith.
I pray for their family members and friends who are left behind; that they might be comforted by your presence during this difficult time.
I ask you to bless all those who work tirelessly within the Catholic Church; especially those who serve as priests or nuns serving God’s people on a daily basis working hard to lead them closer to Heaven through their ministry here on earth. Grant them strength in this challenging time so that they may continue doing good works among us even when times are tough (Luke 10:2).
May they see the error of their ways and return to the path You have set before them.
“May they see the error of their ways and return to the path You have set before them.”
We all make mistakes, but what if you’re a Catholic who has strayed from the Church? Perhaps you have left the faith or your relationship with God has grown stale. In those moments, it can be difficult to believe that God is still merciful and loving toward us even after we’ve fallen away from him. But he is! No matter how far away you feel from God right now, I’m sure he wants nothing more than for you to return to him as soon as possible—and he will welcome you back with open arms no matter how much time has passed since your departure.
In this prayer we ask St. Michael that those who have strayed may see their error; let us pray together: Dear Saint Michael, please intercede on behalf of all Catholics who have fallen into sin and not yet returned home; help them see their error so that they might know how much God loves them and longs for them to come home too! Amen
I pray that You will open their eyes, so they can see all the things that are right in front of them.
I pray that You will open their eyes, so they can see all the things that are right in front of them.
I pray that they may be cleansed of their sins and be renewed in heart and mind.
I pray that they will return to Your loving arms, where there is peace and eternal life.
I ask that You allow them to feel Your presence in their lives.
I ask that you allow them to feel Your presence in their lives.
Not as a distant God, but as a loving Father who is there with them every step of the way.
If they are feeling alone and abandoned by You, please let them know that You have not abandoned them. Let them know that You love them and You are never far from their side!
I pray that You lead each fallen away Catholic back into the safety of Your arms where they can receive Your forgiveness and protection from all harm.
May they understand Your love and grace, and seek forgiveness today.
May they understand Your love and grace, and seek forgiveness today. You are a merciful God who loves all of His children unconditionally, even if they have sinned or strayed from the faith. You desire their return to You as much as possible, so that together we may live in harmony and peace. May they realize that Your forgiveness is always available to them; it is not contingent on anything but their own desire to seek it out.
Clothe them in Your armor so they may be protected from all harm.
You are the Lord, and you have made us your people. We will be ready to tell of your wonderful acts in our midst and sing of your power.
Our help is in the name of the Lord, who made heaven and earth.
We thank God for his Son, Jesus Christ our Lord; he is the one who has redeemed us with his blood from all evil, for he has set us free from sin’s power that holds back the knowledge of God. He did this through his obedience by which he became a curse on behalf of us because we were unholy as we followed our own wishes without fear of being punished by God’s anger against sin.. This is why we are confident that no harm can come upon us as long as we put our faith in him
Please show them the right path, the one that leads back to You and Your church.

I want them to know how much You love them; let it be known through me as I reach out with my prayers.
I ask these things through Christ our Lord, amen.
This word is the way we end a prayer, or say amen to something someone else has said. It’s also a Hebrew word that means “truly” or “certainly.” So when you say it at the end of a prayer, you’re saying: “So be it.”
I hope that this prayer will help you find peace in your heart and be able to rest easy knowing that God is working on behalf of all those who are lost. I also want to thank you for taking the time out of your day to read this post about prayer for fallen away Catholics.
