Help Prayer To God
Dear God,
I come to You with a heavy heart. I know I’ve been distant lately. I realize that my children can’t feel Your presence in their lives as much as they used to, and that You need my help to teach them how to see You in everything around them. Please guide me on this journey; please teach me how best to nurture their faith and encourage their love for You.
Dear God,
Dear God,
Help me to see You in others and to see others in You. Grant me the wisdom to know the difference between what I can control and what I cannot; and the humility to accept the latter.
I pray for those who suffer from mental illness or addiction. Please give them peace, comfort, hope, love, healing and recovery. In Jesus’ name I pray, amen
Teach me to see You in others and to see others in You.
Teach me to see You in others and to see others in You.
I know that Your love is not limited, but I often cannot see it when I look at another person. I have trouble accepting their faults, and resentment grows inside me as if we are competitors for Your attention. Teach me how to accept each person as a lost soul who needs direction and redemption. Help me learn from them instead of comparing myself unfavorably against them or judging their actions as harmful or hurtful to me personally or the world at large.Thoughtful reflection on our own flaws can lead us closer to God through repentance; however, this does not mean that we should avoid looking at others with compassion for what they lack or ignore their wrongs entirely because doing so would make it harder for us to forgive ourselves five minutes later!
Grant me the wisdom to know the difference between what I can control and what I cannot; and the humility to accept the latter.
In life, it is important to be humble and accept the things we cannot change.
We must know the difference between what we can control and what we cannot.
What do you want to change in your life? What can you do about it? Who should help you? Ask for help from those who love you.
Remind me that there is nothing that can befall me but what has already been ordained for me by Your will.
I need to remind myself that there is nothing that can befall me but what has already been ordained for me by Your will. If a situation or circumstance appears to be out of my control and beyond my understanding, I will remember that one day God will explain it all to me in His time. And when He does, I know it will make sense—and even though it may not seem fair at the time, I know with confidence that His plan is always just and right.
Help me not to resist Your plan when it makes no sense, but to have faith in Your wisdom when my heart is distressed.
- Be patient.
- Trust in God.
- Be grateful.
- Focus on the positive.
- Think of the bigger picture.
- Ask for help when needed, and be kind to yourself and others as you seek it out.
When you’re feeling overwhelmed and unsure, remember that patience is always rewarded—and so too is faithfulness to yourself and those who love you most deeply!
Give me courage when I am fearful and hope when I am hopeless.
- Give me courage when I am fearful, and hope when I am hopeless.
- Help me face my fears with courage and my hopelessness with hope.
- Please help me find the courage to face my fears and the hope to face my hopelessness.
Let the warmth of your love dry my tears, soothe my anxiety and fuel my hope.
You are walking through the valley of the shadow of death. You’ve lost your job, your health is failing and you have no idea how you’re going to pay next month’s rent. The grass isn’t always greener on the other side of life, but God’s love knows no bounds. Let it dry your tears and soothe your anxiety. Let it fuel hope in this moment when everything seems bleakest: God’s unconditional love will help you get through this tough time.
Protect my children from harm – physical or spiritual – and let them feel confident that You are always with them; that You love them without condition and will never leave their side.
My dear Lord, we pray You will surround our children with the protection of Your love and mercy. Protect my children from harm – physical or spiritual – and let them feel confident that You are always with them; that You love them without condition and will never leave their side. We ask this for their sake, but also for ours, so that we can let go of our own fears about what could happen to them.
As a parent, I know how often I worry about my kids’ safety and well-being. But in moments like these, when I imagine all kinds of horrible scenarios for the future—it gives me comfort knowing that God is always there watching over them. And He loves each one of us unconditionally too!
May they experience Your presence every day and feel Your loving arms around them wherever they go.
God is always with you. He will never leave your side, and His love for you is unconditional. God will never let you down or disappoint you. He will always be there to comfort you when things are tough and to reassure that He loves you with perfect, everlasting love.
For better guidance, patience and protection
- Guidance. For better guidance, patience and protection. We cannot do anything without God’s guidance. He knows what is best for us, and his plans are always better than our own. Patience is needed when things don’t turn out as expected or when we have to wait for something we really want in life. This will help us accept things as they come, learn from mistakes instead of getting angry or upset about them, and not become jealous when other people receive things before you do because God has planned that way for your benefit later on in life! Protection from evil forces such as sicknesses and accidents will also give you peace of mind knowing that God watches over everyone equally regardless of race/ethnicity, gender identity/expression (including intersex), ability level (including differently-abled persons who may require additional assistance with daily tasks), sexual orientation (including heterosexuality), religious affiliation/nonaffiliation preference/lack thereof; age bracket within a reasonable range between 16 years old up until death occurs naturally at an advanced age due to old age conditions being prevalent among populations worldwide rather than being rare among only certain demographic groups within certain regions where these types occur less frequently than others due to genetics factors affecting gene expression patterns across different populations globally which lead some groups having lower frequencies than others based on differences between populations such
We can all benefit from a little more prayer in our lives. If you are seeking guidance or need help with patience and protection, then this prayer is for you!
