Please bless their life and help them to see Your goodness in all things — even in the hard times Give them a strong faith that will grow and flourish, as well as comfort and hope that will carry them through bad times Bless our friendship Lord
Dear God,
Dear God,
Thank you for being a good listener. Thank you for being there for us no matter what happens and no matter how many times we call upon you. You are always listening to our prayers and ready to help us in any way possible. You are always there with open arms, ready to embrace us when we need it most. Thank you for being such an amazing friend!
Thank you for blessing me with a friend like my friend.
Thank you for blessing me with a friend like my friend. I am grateful for the time we have shared together, the help and support they have given me, their encouragement, their faithfulness and love.
I pray that you will continue to give them strength as they face challenges in life. Help them to learn from each experience they encounter so they can grow closer to you as a result of it.
Help my friend’s family members to come closer to Christ through their example; use even the most difficult times as opportunities for spiritual growth in these relationships.
Thank you for the times we have shared together.
Thank you for the times we have shared together. Thank you for the fun times, thank you for the good times and thank you most of all for being there when I needed someone to talk to. I am thankful that we have had many conversations about our faith and what it means to be a Christian in today’s world.
Thank you for the ways they help me when I need it and without being asked to do so.
Thank you for the ways they help me when I need it and without being asked to do so.
They are always there for me during my difficult times. They will listen to my problems and give advice, even if it is not what I want to hear. They don’t just listen but actually care about what I have to say and genuinely want to help in any way they can. Their compassion motivates me, especially when I feel discouraged or defeated by life’s challenges.
I am grateful that they offer their support when I feel like giving up on something because of how hard it is or how much time has passed since I began working towards my goal without seeing progress..
Thank you for the way that they are always there for me and knows me better than anyone else does.

Thank you for the times they have helped me.
Thank you for the ways they have helped me.
Thank you for the way they have helped me in the past, and thank you for their continued encouragement as we face future challenges together.
Thank you for how they build me up and encourage me in my faith, especially when I am struggling.
Thank you for how they build me up and encourage me in my faith, especially when I am struggling. Thank you for the times they have helped me grow closer to Jesus Christ by sharing their own faith stories with me. Thank you for the ways they help me when I need it and without being asked to do so. Thank you for the way that they are always there for me and knows me better than anyone else does.
Please bless them Lord, just as You have blessed me with their friendship.
Thank God for the friendship:
- Thank God for the way they help you.
- Thank God for the way they build you up.
- Thank God for the encouragement they give you.
Please bless their life and help them to see Your goodness in all things — even in the hard times.
- God is good.
- Our friends are always with God, even when they’re away from us.
- They are loved and watched over by God just as much as you love them and watch over them!
- You can’t stop God from being there for your friend, just like we can’t stop Him from being there for us (which is why it’s so important that we LOVE people).
- This means that although you may not be able to prevent bad things from happening in your friend’s life (or yours!), they will always have this loving presence near them – protecting and guiding them, even when the hard times come a-knockin’.
Give them a strong faith that will grow and flourish, as well as comfort and hope that will carry them through bad times.
Pray your friend has a strong faith. Your friend will be able to grow in their faith and flourish as they learn to trust God more fully.
Pray for your friend’s comfort and hope. If they are going through a hard time, pray that God will give them peace and joy as they go through it, knowing that He can see them through anything. Also pray that if there are any other things happening in their life that worry them or make them anxious (like school work or friends), that God will help them with those too! You can even tell this person about the verse from Philippians 4:6-7: “Do not be anxious about anything but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God.” By praying together with us here at church each week, we all grow closer to God because we’re relying on Him through His Holy Spirit who lives within us!
Bless our friendship Lord and help us to continue to love each other and share our lives with one another. Amen
