Grandma always had a kind word for everyone, no matter who they were or what they had done. She was the type of person who would give you a hug when you needed it the most, and she was always there for her family. Even though she is no longer with us, her spirit lives on in the hearts of those who loved her.

Who was your grandmother?
My grandmother was an amazing woman who always had a kind word and a listening ear. She was the one who first taught me how to pray, and her prayers were always so full of love. I am so grateful to have had her in my life, and I know that her prayers are still with me today.
What did she mean to you?
My grandmother was a very special lady. She always had time for her family and friends, and was always there to lend a listening ear or a helping hand. She was a devout Christian, and her faith was very important to her. She would often say that prayer was the most important thing we could do for ourselves and for others.
Grandma was a wonderful cook, and I have many fond memories of spending time in her kitchen, watching her bake cookies or prepare Sunday dinner. She always made everyone feel welcome and loved.
She was a strong woman, but she also had a soft side. I will never forget the times she held me when I was crying, or the way she would gently brush my hair out of my face. She was a constant source of love and support, and I will always be grateful to her for that.
What are some of your fondest memories of her?
Some of my fondest memories of my grandma are spending time with her in the kitchen. She was an amazing cook and loved to bake. I would often help her with tasks in the kitchen and we would chat while we worked. I have many fond memories of eating her delicious food and spending time with her in the kitchen. I also have fond memories of going on walks with her. She loved nature and would often point out different animals or plants to me. I will always remember her kindness, warmth, and love.
How has her passing affected you?
The loss of my grandmother has been devastating. She was such a central figure in my life and I can’t imagine not having her around. Her passing has affected me in so many ways, but one of the most significant is how it has impacted my relationship with God.
Before she died, my grandma was always the one to pray for me. Whenever I had a problem or was feeling down, she would always say a prayer for me. And now that she’s gone, I feel like I’ve lost my biggest source of strength and support.
But even though she’s gone, I know that her prayers are still with me. And I take comfort in knowing that she is now in a place where there is no more pain or suffering. I know that she is at peace and that someday I will see her again.
In the meantime, I’ll continue to cherish all the memories I have of her and keep her in my heart always.
What would you say to her if she were still alive?
If my grandma were still alive, I would tell her that I love her and miss her very much. I would also tell her about how much her life has meant to me and how grateful I am for all that she did for me.
I am so grateful for the gift of prayer and that I can lift my grandma up in prayer. I know that God is faithful and hears our prayers, even when we don’t know what to say. I pray that He would give me the words to pray for my grandma, and that He would bless her with healing, strength, peace, and joy.
