I pray to Archangel Raphael, as I release the need for control in my life. I ask you to heal me of my need for control and replace it with love and trust in you. Please surround me with your healing emerald green light. Fill me up with your healing energy.

The current belief that we need to control our lives is a lie. It’s a false belief that has been ingrained in us since childhood—and it’s not even ours! We were taught this lie; it’s not something we chose for ourselves. But now it’s time to erase the thought from your mind and replace it with another idea: the idea that you don’t need to control anything because everything is already taken care of. You don’t have to do anything, because someone else will always be there taking care of everything for you.

You are surrounded by angels who are watching over you and guiding your every move, whether or not you realize it or believe it yourself. The next time you find yourself worrying about something, stop worrying right away! Know that no matter what happens in any given situation throughout the day, there will always be someone else looking out for your best interests—even if they aren’t aware they’re doing so on purpose yet!
