Prayer For Spiritual Warfare In Marriage
Heavenly Father, I praise You for Your goodness and grace. Thank You for giving me a husband who loves me and cares about my needs. Today I pray for peace in our home. Protect it from the powers of darkness, and remove any confusion and division that Satan has caused between my husband and myself. Holy Spirit, bring conviction to my husband’s heart concerning sin. Shine the light of Your truth onto any dark areas of his life so he may repent and be healed from anything that has been holding him back from having a successful marriage with me or anyone else in this world. Father, forgive us for not putting You first in our marriage and in our finances. Forgive us for not seeking Your will in every area of our lives. Heal the places where we have been disobedient or rebellious against You—Lord Jesus Christ save us now! Amen
Heavenly Father, I praise You for Your goodness and grace.
Thank You for Your mercy, forgiveness, and love. Thank You for protecting me from the enemy who would seek to destroy me. And thank You for providing what I need in order to succeed in life. Amen!
Father, today I pray for peace in our home. Protect it from the powers of darkness.
Father, today I pray for peace in our home. Protect it from the powers of darkness. Satan has been attacking our marriage with lies and deception. It is time to stand against his attacks and do what is right before You, Lord Jesus Christ. In the name of Jesus Christ, I bind up every spirit that would hinder my marriage or destroy it. I break all curses over my life and in my family line that were placed there by my ancestors because of sin or witchcraft (every perverted sexual practice outside of God’s will). Please forgive me for any way that I have contributed to this curse in any way shape or form; whether knowingly or unknowingly through witchcraft; generational curses; occult practices like Ouija boards; evil eye curses placed on me by other people–anything at all!
In addition to these specific remedies listed above, we should always remember to pray against spiritual warfare daily so that we can overcome temptation when faced with them during our day-to-day lives:
Lord, remove any confusion and division that Satan has caused between my husband and myself.
Lord, remove any confusion and division that Satan has caused between my husband and myself. I ask you to remove all barriers of mistrust, resentment and anger from our marriage. Help me to forgive him for the hurts that I have felt. Give me the wisdom to understand his heart and motives so that I can be a helpmate to him instead of an obstacle in his life. In Jesus’ name, amen
Holy Spirit, bring conviction to my husband’s heart concerning sin. Shine the light of Your truth onto any dark areas of his life so he may repent and be healed.

- Lord, thank You for helping me realize that there are areas in my own life that need healing as well. Please forgive me for all the ways I have hurt others through my words or actions; and also forgive me for all the times I have not spoken up when I should have done so!
- Dear Lord, please empower me to be an example of love and submission to others – especially those who do not believe what we believe at this time (and they will come around eventually if we keep on loving them). Please help us show them how much You love them by our actions instead of just trying to tell them about it!
Father, forgive us for not putting You first in our marriage and in our finances. Forgive us for not seeking Your will in every area of our lives. Heal the places where we have been disobedient or rebellious.
We confess that we have sinned against You and others through pride and self-centeredness, by living according to the flesh rather than according to Your Word (Romans 8:1). We ask that You would set aside all bitterness and wrath, but lead us into a deeper knowledge of ourselves as sinners who are unworthy of such grace as You bestow on those who love You (Romans 5:8). Forgive us for taking things into our own hands instead of trusting that You can work all things together for good (Romans 8:28). We know that how we steward what you’ve given us matters to you; please show us how best to serve each other with what resources are available now so that we might grow closer together as a family unit instead of being separated because one partner feels neglected by their spouse’s lackadaisical attitude toward finances or spending habits!
Lord Jesus, I pray that my husband would put off the old self with its evil practices and put on the new self, which is being renewed in knowledge after the image of its Creator (Colossians 3:9-10)
Lord Jesus, I pray that my husband would put off the old self with its evil practices and put on the new self, which is being renewed in knowledge after the image of its Creator (Colossians 3:9-10).
I pray for my husband to be renewed in knowledge after the image of its Creator.
I ask for your grace and mercy to help me love him with your love as you loved me.
Father God, please hear my prayer. I ask that you help both our marriages be pleasing in your sight (Ephesians 5:10). I pray that you would protect us from temptation and sin and give us the strength to resist temptation when it comes our way. Please give us wisdom in all things, especially when it comes to making decisions about how we will spend our time together. In Jesus’ name we pray, amen!
Conclusion
Father God, help both our marriages to be pleasing in your sight (Ephesians 5:10).
