Lord, we come to you on this joyous day of Pentecost with hearts full of gratitude. We are grateful for the outpouring of your Spirit upon us at the Baptism of the Holy Spirit and we thank you for continuing to send your Holy Spirit throughout our lives. As we gather together today to celebrate this incredible event, please forgive us any sin that we may have committed since last Pentecost and fill us with your spirit so that we may be able to serve you faithfully.
